期内收益主要来自提供装卸服务及配套港口服务，2025年上半年约为人民币7510万元，同比减少约5.6%。收益减少乃主要由于货物处理收益减少，原因是货物吞吐量较2024年同期减少约120万吨，此乃缘于中国经济整体放缓使非金属矿产及建筑材料产品需求及价格下降、商品货源不足。提供港口配套服务的收益减少约人民币270万元或33.8%，乃主要由于公司的物流代理业务因不利的巿场行情出现下滑。
