Odaily星球日报讯 纽约南区联邦法院文件显示，Terraform Labs 联合创始人 Do Kwon 可能于周二上午改变原有立场并认罪。此前，Do Kwon 因算法稳定币 Terra USD（UST）崩盘事件，于 2023 年 3 月被美国检方指控多项罪名，包括欺诈阴谋、商品欺诈、电信欺诈、证券欺诈、市场操纵和洗钱等。
法官 Paul Engelmayer 在排期令中表示，“法院已获知被告可能改变辩诉”，并要求被告准备好就认罪罪名作出陈述。Do Kwon 此前于今年 1 月对所有指控表示不认罪。（The Block）
