智通财经APP讯，中国科教产业(01756)发布公告，于2025年8月10日，公司与华立建筑订立2025年建筑服务框架协议，内容有关为集团在中国的校区以及位于江门及增城的校区的综合教学楼及╱或宿舍提供建筑及装修服务，期限自生效日期起计至2028年8月31日止(包括首尾两日)，并就持续关连交易设定截至2028年8月31日止3个财政年度的年度上限，分别为人民币3.60亿元、3.42亿元及3亿元。
考虑到华立建筑交付的工程质量及华立建筑与集团的合作历史，公司认为华立建筑熟悉集团的品质标准，并将能高效及可靠地满足集团的需求，从而将对集团的经营及内部程序的影响减至最低。因此，公司认为委聘华立建筑进行新建筑及装修工程对集团有利。
