ChainCatcher 消息，据美国检方以欺诈和洗钱罪起诉多年后，Terraform Labs 联合创始人 Do Kwon 可能将认罪。根据美国纽约南区联邦地区法院周一提交的一份排期命令，法官 Paul Engelmayer 写道：“法院已获悉，被告可能会改变答辩。”
法官在命令中表示：“……被告应准备好作出一份叙述性陈述（narrative allocution），涵盖其认罪罪名的所有构成要素。”该案将于周二上午召开会议讨论此事。
担任 TerraForm CEO 的 Kwon 的律师暂未立即回应置评请求。Kwon 在今年 1 月曾表示不认罪。Kwon 于 2023 年 3 月被刑事起诉，罪名包括共谋诈骗、大宗商品欺诈、电信（wire）欺诈、证券欺诈、共谋诈骗，以及参与市场操纵和洗钱的共谋。这些指控与他在算法稳定币 Terra USD（UST）中的角色有关。UST 在 2022 年发生剧烈崩盘，导致数十亿美元损失。
