Heartflow (HTFL) said late Monday it closed its upsized initial public offering with gross proceeds of $364.2 million.
The company's shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on Aug. 8.
It sold about 19.2 million shares in the IPO at $19 each.
The sale included 2.5 million shares issued upon the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase additional shares.
Shares of the company were down 3.3% in recent premarket activity on Tuesday after ending 4.3% higher in regular trading on Monday.
