智通财经APP讯，华星控股(08237)公布，预期该集团将于2025年首六个月取得收入约1400万港元，同比减少约800万港元，及于2025五年首六个月取得公司拥有人应占亏损约4200万港元，同比增加约700万港元。
新加坡华星酒店已自2024年起进行翻新工程。于2025年首六个月，华星酒店附属建筑及主建筑若干部分的翻新及保养工程范围扩大，进一步影响华星酒店的业务。相关工程预期将于2025年底前完成。董事会认为，于2025年首六个月的上述估计收入减少及公司拥有人应占亏损增加主要由于华星酒店扩大翻新及保养工程范围，导致可用客房总数进一步减少。
