Tuniu Corporation, a prominent online leisure travel company in China, has reported its unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company registered net revenues of RMB134.9 million (US$18.8 million), marking a 15.3% year-over-year increase from the same period in 2024. This growth was significantly driven by revenues from packaged tours, which rose by 26.3% to RMB113.4 million (US$15.8 million), largely due to the expansion of organized and self-drive tours. Net income for the second quarter of 2025 was RMB14.1 million (US$2.0 million), compared to RMB43.0 million in the second quarter of 2024. Non-GAAP net income, which excludes share-based compensation expenses and amortization of acquired intangible assets, was reported at RMB16.1 million (US$2.2 million). Looking ahead, Tuniu anticipates generating RMB199.0 million to RMB208.3 million in net revenues for the third quarter of 2025, representing a year-over-year increase of 7% to 12% compared with the corresponding period in 2024. The company highlighted its continued efforts to enhance the integration of its supply chain, products, and sales channels. By leveraging its industry value chain advantages, Tuniu is focusing on developing differentiated products tailored to various customer segments and expanding the application of digital technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
