智通财经APP讯，中国水业集团(01129)发布公告，预期集团于2025上半年可能取得公司权益股东应占亏损净额改善，公司权益股东应占亏损不超过7000万港元，而2024上半年则取得公司拥有人应占亏损净额约7882万港元。
与2024上半年相比，董事会认为公司权益股东应占亏损净额减少乃主要由于(其中包括)以下因素的净影响：(i)因对各项营运及公司职能实施更严格的成本控制措施，使行政及销售开支减少;(ii)期内贷款借贷水平下降导致融资成本减少;(iii)2025上半年资产减值亏损较2024年同期有所减少;(iv)宜春水务集团有限公司及其附属公司于2024上半年取得亏损净额，而于2024年九月已完成出售宜春水务集团。上述正面影响被以下因素部分抵销：再生能源业务产生的收益及毛利减少，主要由于在营填埋场数量减少，以及随着当地焚烧项目开展运作，运往填埋场用于发电的新垃圾数量减少，导致上网电量大幅下降。
