智通财经APP讯，保发集团(03326)发布公告，与2024财年中期所呈报的公司拥有人应占期间溢利约2540万港元相比，预期集团于2025财年中期取得的公司拥有人应占期间溢利将减少约60% 至80%。
该预期减少主要是由于以下各项的净影响所致，其中包括：a) 2025财年中期就黄金期货合约取得已变现亏损及未变现亏损；b)2025财年中期就位于中国广东省佛山一环南延线作为综合全面产业中心（保发集团珠宝产业中心）的持作出售物业确认减值亏损；c)于2025财年中期实施更严格控制该等支出，导致销售及分销成本以及一般及行政开支减少，从而抵销部分上述影响；d)于2024财年中期拨回中国税项的超额拨备但于2025财年中期并无取得有关拨回。
