埃森哲周四表示，将收购澳大利亚网络安全公司CyberCX，这是埃森哲迄今为止在该领域进行的最大一笔交易。
埃森哲将从私募股权公司BGH Capital手中收购CyberCX。
此项交易的财务条款未予披露。《澳大利亚金融评论》估计该交易的价值超过10亿澳元（6.5亿美元）。
这笔交易达成之际，全球网络攻击案件激增，从医疗保健到金融等行业的企业都在努力应对日益复杂的威胁，这些威胁会扰乱运营，损害敏感数据。
总部位于墨尔本的CyberCX成立于2019年，由BGH资本支持的12家小型网络安全公司合并而成。
该公司目前拥有约1400名员工，在澳大利亚和新西兰设有安全运营中心，在伦敦和纽约设有办事处。
自2015年以来，埃森哲已经完成了20项网络安全领域的收购，包括最近收购巴西网络防御公司Morphus、墨西哥MNEMO和西班牙Innotec Security。
