消息面上，8月13日，药物临床试验登记与信息公示平台官网显示，百济神州启动了PD-1抑制剂替雷利珠单抗皮下注射的Ⅲ期临床，适应症为联合化疗作为局部晚期不可切除或转移性胃或胃食管结合部腺癌患者一线治疗。
据悉，替雷利珠单是百济神州的核心产品，目前已在全球47个市场获批。自2019年上市至今，替雷利珠单抗已覆盖尿路上皮癌、非小细胞肺癌等重点癌种，惠及全球百万患者。2025上半年，替雷利珠单抗创造了26.43亿元的销售额 ，同比增长20.6%。
