智通财经APP获悉，百德国际(02668)今日高开低走，尾盘跌幅扩大逾11%，截至发稿，跌11.27%，报0.315港元，成交额1468.54万港元。
消息面上，百德国际发布公告，预期上半年录得公司权益股东应占亏损约1.1亿港元至1.3亿港元，而去年同期则为亏损3680万港元。公告表示，出现亏损的主要原因包括：于去年底完成收购铁矿石开采及选矿采矿业务后，该等业务营运导致整体成本显著增加，包括直接成本及营运开支和行政开支；矿业业务维持约4.05亿港元的银行贷款，导致集团财务成本增加；及投资物业的公平价值亏损增加。
公开资料显示，百德国际主要从事有色金属及建筑材料贸易。该公司主要包含五大业务分部，即供应链业务分部提供有色金属及建筑材料的供应链服务；酒店管理及餐饮服务主要从事酒店管理及餐饮服务；租赁业务分部从事设备的租赁；物业投资分部从事零售商铺的租赁；证券投资分部从事股本的投资。
