消息面上，微盟集团将于8月20日(本周三)举行董事会会议，借以(其中包括)考虑及批准公司及其附属公司截至2025年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩及其发布。第一上海此前研报指出，集团积极推进AI技术与核心业务融合，微盟WAI已接入包括DeepSeek、腾讯混元等10余家大模型平台，并面向电商和零售等行业布局15大AIAgent产品矩阵。AI生成文案及图片采纳率分别同比提升53.4%和13.4%。伴随着未来居民消费意愿升级和企业运营常规化，广告业务将逐步回暖，该行预计公司有望在2025年迎来业务回暖。
