智通财经APP讯，中国建筑国际(03311)发布公告，于2025年8月20日，中建国际投资(本公司的间接全资附属公司)订立保理安排，于同日，中建国际投资与湖州海创订立应收账款转让合同;及与中建商业保理订立保理合同，内容有关向中建商业保理转让应收账款，中建商业保理按折价率92.8%向中建国际投资提供本金为人民币2亿元并根据保理合同自提取日起计为期不超过十八个月的应收账款保理服务。
由于保理安排能够为本集团提供即时可用资金，用作营运资金及业务发展，故订立保理安排对本集团有利，同时亦让本集团能够满足流动资金发展需要及多元化本集团的融资渠道，进而优化本集团的资产结构、提高资金效率及增强营运能力。
