期内收入同比下降，主要由于截至2025年6月30日止六个月，建筑承包业务减少约14.94亿元。建筑承包业务减少是主要由于截至2025年6月30日止六个月房地产市场整体低迷，以及集团新承接项目的净值金额减少。截至2025年6月30日止六个月的住宅及工业和公共建筑承包业务收入较去年同期分别减少约6.506亿元约5.686亿元及约2.393亿元。与去年相比集团增加资源，并聚焦于信用良好的高价值项目，以降低业务风险。
