Lindian Resources首席执行官Alwyn Vorster表示，此次配售每股定价为21澳分——比上一交易日收盘价折让6.7%，并设计为两批次进行，具体条款已提交给基金经理。

本次募资所得将用于全面支持Lindian在马拉维的Kangankunde稀土项目，包括宣布最终投资决策、项目竞赛、首批产出，以及实现100%股权持有。同时，Lindian还计划完成第二阶段扩建的工程工作。

今年以来，Lindian Resources股价已上涨181%。本月早些时候，公司宣布与ASX上市公司Iluka Resources建立为期15年的战略合作伙伴关系，并签署了3,200万澳元的资金条款表及产出收购协议。

Lindian上一次募集资金是在2023年7月，当时其股价曾达到35至40澳分的高位。
