智通财经APP讯，中信资源(01205)发布截至2025年6月30日止6个月中期业绩，该集团取得收入93.82亿港元，同比增加137.9%;公司普通股股东应占溢利1.52亿港元，同比减少57%;每股盈利1.93港仙。
公告称，溢利减少主要是由于以下因素：本集团于本期间出售的原油及煤炭的平均售价较去年同期大幅下降;期内原材料成本尤其是Portland Aluminium Smelter(电解铝厂)生产所用的氧化铝较去年同期大幅增加; 由于本集团自2024年7月18日起不再持有Alumina Limited任何股本权益，导致应占一间联营公司溢利大幅减少;及应占一间合资企业溢利大幅减少约1.18亿港元，较去年同期减少约81.2%，此乃由于本期间原油价格下跌所致。
