Tokyo Chuo Auction changed its English name to Shangshan Gold International Holdings Limited (HKG:1939), alongside a change in its Chinese name, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The name change came about following shareholder and regulatory approvals.
The auctioneering company's English stock short name will be changed to SHANGSHAN GOLD from TOKYO CHUO effective Aug. 26.
