大悦城地产延迟寄发回购及撤回上市地位计划文件至2025年10月15日
8月21日，大悦城地产（00207）发布公告，宣布延迟寄发有关根据公司法第99条以协议安排方式回购公司股份及撤回公司上市地位的计划文件。公告指出，由于需要额外时间敲定计划文件及配合法院有关聆讯的时间表，公司已向执行人员申请将寄发计划文件的最后日期延长至不迟于2025年10月15日。
根据收购守则规则8.2，计划文件须于公告日期起计21日内寄发予股东，但由于上述原因，现决定延迟寄发。公司强调，建议及计划须待条件达成或豁免后方可生效，因此股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时需谨慎行事。
