中国天瑞集团水泥有限公司是河南省及辽宁省领先的熟料水泥生产商，业务主要从事石灰岩开采利用和熟料、水泥、建筑骨料等建材产品的生产与销售。公司拥有22条熟料生产线、62条水泥粉磨生产线和12条砂石骨料生产线，年熟料产能3519万吨，水泥产能5780万吨，骨料产能3020万吨。
截至2024年年报，中国天瑞水泥营业总收入61.17亿元、净利润2.79亿元。
