Asiatic Group's (SGX:5CR) subsidiary, Colben Energy, plans to go after Colben Energy Cambodia's guarantor after the latter failed to repay an amount of $8.1 million by Aug. 20, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The subsidiary said it can demand Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ to transfer its shares in Colben Energy Cambodia to the company to meet its obligation under existing loan agreements, the filing said.
