8月22日金融一线消息，近日，人民银行上海市分行印发《关于开展“乐购上海 金融沪惠”金融促消费专项活动的通知》（以下简称《通知》）。《通知》提出，在消费需求侧，要加大对消费者的金融支持力度，相关金融机构要优化完善、整合创新金融促消费举措，加力推出面向居民个人的消费补贴等优惠，用好国家及上海市个人消费贷款贴息、消费品以旧换新等支持政策，助力释放上海市民的消费潜力。

　　《通知》要求，相关金融机构要积极配合各区人民政府和上海市行业主管部门，围绕重点商圈、重点领域、重点群体创新金融促消费方法和手段，提升金融服务质效。结合银发消费、生活服务消费、文体旅游消费等各类业态特点，推出针对性强、效果好，群众喜闻乐见的促消费活动，助力提升居民消费意愿。
