阿里巴巴-W(09988)发布公告，斑马(斑马网络技术股份有限公司)正在寻求斑马股份于香港联交所主板独立上市。斑马曾为公司的子公司，自2024年12月27日起不再纳入集团并表范围。由于斑马于公司最近一个完整财务年度解除并表，根据第15项应用指引第2段之注，公司已就拟议分拆向香港联交所提交分拆计划，且香港联交所已确认公司可进行拟议分拆。
截至本公告日期，公司持有斑马约44.72%的股份，斑马作为公司的权益法被投资方进行会计处理。现建议，拟议分拆将以斑马股份全球发售的方式进行(包括香港公开发售及国际发售)。在斑马股权结构的若干拟议调整及拟议分拆完成后，公司将继续持有斑马超过30%的股份，斑马将仍为公司的权益法被投资方。
