本报讯（记者 董依菲）近日，中国电子信息行业联合会公布最新一批通过国家数据管理能力成熟度（DCMM）认证名单。期货日报记者了解到，此次上海东证期货有限公司获评数据管理能力成熟度甲方稳健级（三级）认证。至此，业内已有两家期货公司通过DCMM贯标评估，另一家为国泰君安期货有限公司。这标志着上述公司的数据管理能力通过国家标准检验并获得行业权威机构认可，达到行业内领先水平。
据了解，DCMM是我国数据管理领域的首个国家标准（由工业和信息化部指导制定），涵盖数据战略、治理、架构、应用、安全、质量、标准、生存周期8大能力域和28个过程域，为企业数据管理能力提供了权威评估框架。2024年11月，中国人民银行、国家金融监督管理总局、国家数据局等七部门联合印发《推动数字金融高质量发展行动方案》，明确提出“指导金融机构健全数据治理体系，完善数据治理制度和数据质量管控机制，积极参加数据管理国家标准（DCMM）贯标评估”。
上述获评公司表示，参与DCMM贯标评估，不仅是对自身数据管理能力的客观审视，也是对国家数字金融战略的积极响应。未来，公司将持续深化金融科技创新，优化数字化基础设施，提升数据管理效能，充分释放数据要素价值。通过融合人工智能与数据应用，赋能业务创新与场景升级，助力培育新质生产力，推动数字化建设高质量发展。
