香港数字资产上市公司联合会的创立是为响应香港近期发布的《香港数字资产发展政策宣言 2.0》和生效的《稳定币条例》。联合会旨在汇聚数字资产领域的上市公司、持牌金融机构、区块链技术提供商等，共同推动凝聚行业共识，深化政企协作，并致力于打造稳定币监管创新实践枢纽及机构级数字金融基础设施战略平台。
