Zeus Secures Access to Newmont's Morocco Exploration Data Under 5-Year License Deal, Shares Down 6%

Zeus Resources (ASX:ZEU) has executed a five-year, non-exclusive license agreement with Newmont Venture, a unit of Newmont (ASX:NEM), for Newmont's Morocco exploration database and Morocco regional framework study, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The license covers the Anti-Atlas and Central Meseta regions of Morocco.
The license provides Zeus with immediate access to Newmont's Morocco exploration database and Morocco regional framework study, representing years of systematic regional work across the Anti-Atlas and Central Meseta regions, which are known for their gold, base metal, and critical mineral potential.
Zeus shares were down nearly 6% in recent trade, and Newmount shares were up 1%.
