智通财经APP讯，远洋服务(06677)发布截至2025年6月30日止6个月中期业绩，该集团取得收入13.86亿元，毛利1.63亿元，公司拥有人应占亏损3.1亿元，每股亏损0.26元。

2025年上半年，本集团深化市场化拓展战略，持续优化项目结构与质量，夯实高质量可持续发展根基。我们持续推动市场化拓展，在以住宅、商写为核心业态的基础上，加大非住业态拓展力度，本期新增合约建筑面积390万平方米，其中来自于第三方的新增合约建筑面积由去年同期的64%提升至96%，包含商业、写字楼、产业园、公建、景区等多种业态类型。坚持深耕核心区域，同时依托商写业态服务经验及专业沉淀，我们持续强化核心业态经营壁垒，商写业态在管建筑面积中一二线城市占比维持99%的高位水平。

同时，积极应对存量市场竞争，积累细分业态服务经验，进一步扩大产业园、物流园的规模优势。持续深化大客户战略协同，深挖优质客户资源，通过高效匹配客户深度需求，制定一站式、定制化解决方案，成功拓展郑州海关办公区、沈阳新民市市监局项目、广西交投高速服务区等公建类项目。于2025年6月30日，物业管理服务实现合约建筑面积1.22亿平方米，较2024年末下降1%;在管建筑面积9350万平方米，较2024 年末上升1%。
