智通财经APP讯，晋商银行(02558)发布公告，该行于2025年8月27日与晋阳资管签订了资产转让协议，据此，该行同意转让资产转让协议中所列的相关资产，且晋阳资管同意以对价人民币3.10亿元接受相关资产。
根据资产转让协议的条款及条件，该行同意转让且晋阳资管同意接收该行涉及八家企业客户的不良资产，包括截至基准日(即2025年3月5日)的本金、违约金及由此产生的利息以及基准日之前产生的费用(包括为变现债权而产生的法律费用及其他费用)约人民币14.21亿元。支付第一期款项人民币9310万元(占总对价的30%)后，晋阳资管获得相关资产的所有权益。
公告称，转让相关资产所得款项用于弥补集团在此类不良资产上的亏损，以减少集团不良贷款金额及促进集团高质量可持续发展。
