智通财经APP讯，深圳国际(00152)公布，公司的联营公司深圳航空有限责任公司(深圳航空)拟分阶段进行增资扩股合共人民币 160 亿元，该集团将不参与本次增资。
本次增资拟分两阶段实施。第一阶段，深圳航空拟通过公开挂牌方式引入一名新投资者，由其控股股东中国国际航空股份有限公司(中国国航)及新投资者合共增资约人民币 40.82 亿元。若第一阶段增资完成，预计集团所持深圳航空的股权将由 49%摊薄至约 28.09%，中国国航持有深圳航空的股权将维持 51%，新投资者持有深圳航空的股权将不高于 20.91%。后续阶段，中国国航及新投资者将根据深圳航空的资金需求及其股东会决议情况进行后续增资。该集团所持深圳航空股权预计将进一步被摊薄。
集团认为不参与深圳航空本次增资，将有利于集团进一步推动资源持续向核心主业集中，强化对主营业务的聚焦与管理，有效优化整体资源配置效率。此外，不参与本次增资对集团正常营运及财务状况不会造成任何重大影响。深圳航空将继续被分类为公司的联营公司。
