ChainCatcher 消息，据港交所公告披露，国际商业结算控股有限公司（00147.HK）与不少于六名专业投资者签署认购协议，拟以每股 0.18 港元的价格发行约 27.82 亿股新股，预计募资净额约 5 亿港元。
公告显示，本次募资中约 90%（4.5 亿港元）将用于探索加密货币投资机会，包括加密货币挖矿业务、加密货币交易，以及投资基于挖矿设备产生的算力，同时布局 Web3 领域。此前公司已宣布将投入 7000 万港元用于一个主要从事加密资产相关业务的合资企业项目。
该公司表示，此次募资将为公司提供充足资本，以便在近期进一步拓展加密货币相关业务及其他金融科技项目。
