智通财经APP讯，多想云(06696)发布公告，董事会建议(其中包括)按于记录日期每持有1股股份获配发6股供股股份按认购价每股供股股份0.4753港元进行供股，以透过向合资格股东提呈最多5.76亿股供股股份的供股方式筹集扣除开支前所得款项总额约2.738亿港元(假设于记录日期或之前概无进一步发行或购回股份)。
如获悉数认购，供股估计所得款项净额约为2.728亿港元。公司拟将供股所得款项净额用于以下用途：约占供股所得款项净额的92.3%用于开发AI模型。约占供股所得款项净额的7.7%用于购买媒体资源(特别是快手、视频号和小红书的在线流量)，以便集团的客户在这些网络媒体平台上投放广告;集团预计于2026年底全部使用此项所得款项净额。
