智通财经APP讯，泓基集团(02535)发布公告，公司董事会获公司董事会主席、非执行董事及控股股东(定义见上市规则)陈永康先生告知，WK (BVI) Limited(卖方，一间由陈鑫基先生、陈鑫江先生、陈永康先生、蔡植昌女士及陈淑雯女士合法及实益拥有30%、30%、15%、15%及10%权益的公司)已于2025年9月1日(交易时段后)与华富建业证券有限公司订立配售协议，据此，配售代理已同意竭尽全力促致投资者按不低于每股配售股份0.25港元的价格购买卖方持有的最多 4亿股公司现有股份。
于本公告日期，4亿股配售股份占公司现有已发行股本的20%。于配售事项完成后及假设所有配售股份均配售予承配人，卖方持有的股权将减少至6.2亿股股份，占公司全部已发行股本的31%。因此，卖方将继续为公司的控股股东。
公司预期配售事项将不会对公司及其附属公司的营运造成任何不利影响。
