应星控股公告，公司全资附属公司最近与一间于中国注册成立的实体订立协议，成为预期于2025年9月底至2026年1月中在中国举行的日本知名动漫航海王知识产权展览的战略参与方。根据协议，附属公司已同意以战略合作伙伴身份参与展览，并为展览提供财务支持，而合作实体将提供该知识产权的使用渠道，并监督展览的后勤工作。附属公司与合作实体将共享协议所载展览所得款项产生的收入。
