Enviro-Hub (SGX:L23) completed the purchase of a leasehold property located at 1 Tech Park, Singapore, for about SG$5.6 million, according to an after-market filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
The consideration will be funded through internal resources and a bank loan.
