消息面上，9月5日，《海南自由贸易港旅游条例（草案）》公开征求意见。《草案》提出，海南自由贸易港实施更大范围的旅游免签入境政策。经国务院特别批准的国家的公民，可以免办签证从海南自由贸易港对外开放口岸入境，在规定期限内在海南自由贸易港旅游。此前7月，国新办举行新闻发布会，此次新闻发布会针对海南自贸港建设主题，明确了封关运作时间、优化了税收政策、优化了通行政策等。方正证券认为，后续可持续关注海南封关相关进展带来的估值催化，关注公司境内口岸及市内免税表现。
