9月5日，云锋金融盘中涨超6%，已累购1万枚以太币，坚定布局Web3及RWA等前沿领域。
消息面上，9月2日，云锋金融公告，董事会已批准在公开市场购买ETH作为公司储备资产。截至公告日，集团已累计购入1万枚ETH，总投资金额为4400万美元(含费用及开支)，资金全部来自集团内部现金储备。未来，公司还将持续增加在数字资产方面的投入比重。董事会认为，将ETH纳入公司战略储备资产符合集团Web3等前沿领域的布局，并能够为现实世界资产(RWA)代币化活动提供关键基础设施支持。
此前，云锋金融还宣布与蚂蚁数字科技蚂蚁集团旗下科技商业化板块)达成战略合作协议，并宣布对专注于现实世界资产(RWA)代币化的新一代Layer1公链Pharos进行战略投资。通过此次合作，云锋金融将融合蚂蚁数科在区块链与数字金融领域的技术积累，以及云锋金融在现时金融业务(资产管理、证券、保险)及新能源碳资产方面的专业经验。双方将通过Pharos高性能公链平台，共同合规拓展现实世界资产(RWA)代币化及下一代互联网(Web3)等前沿领域。
