智通财经APP讯，富阳(00352)发布公告，内容有关(其中包括)联交所上市委员会决定维持上市科根据上市规则第13.24条所作出之决定。除非公司根据其于上市规则第2B.06(1)条项下所享有权利提交复核该决定的申请，否则股份将自2025年9月9日(即上市委员会发出决定之日期后七个营业日届满)暂停买卖。经过审慎考虑后，公司已决定放弃其于上市规则第2B.06(1)条项下提交复核申请的权利。因此，公司股份将自2025年9月9日起暂停买卖。
在允许恢复买卖前，公司必须：(1)重新符合上市规则第13.24条之规定;(2)达成联交所可能施加的任何复牌指引;及(3)使联交所信纳其全面遵守上市规则。
