观点网讯：9月5日，香港中原城市领先指数CCL最新报137.1点，按周下跌0.73%，或上试年初高位。
据悉，本周指数反映8月12日中美同意再延长征关税暂缓期90天，以及8月13日恒指重上25000点以上收市的当周市况。
中原地产研究部高级联席董事杨明仪表示，中美关系稍为缓和，股市造好，新盘销售不俗，加上有银行推按揭优惠，吸引部分买家入市平价优质笋盘。
她指出，本周CCL略有回软，但连续七个星期企稳137点以上争持，最高138.84点，最低137.1点，近五周CCL持续一周升一周跌，交错出现，楼价呈反复格局，一手新盘鱼贯推售，二手楼价上升动力受制。
