亿华通（688339/02402）发布公告，公司决定终止发行股份购买资产并募集配套资金暨关联交易事项。此次决策是在2025年9月5日召开的第四届董事会第三次会议上通过的，会议表决结果为同意8票，反对0票，弃权0票。
本次交易原计划通过发行股份购买定州旭阳氢能有限公司的100%股权，并募集配套资金。
终止交易的原因是由于交易相关方未能就最终方案达成一致意见，为维护上市公司及广大投资者的长期利益，公司与交易各方友好协商后，决定终止本次交易事项。公告中指出，终止交易不会对公司的生产经营和财务状况造成重大不利影响。
2025年中期，亿华通实现收入7193万元，归母净利润-1.63亿元。
