Southwest Gas Holdings (SWX) said late Friday that it no longer owns shares of Centuri Holdings (CTRI) after closing the sale of nearly 27.4 million shares of the company to the public at $19.60 apiece.
Southwest Gas said it raised about $525 million from the offering.
