近日，多名用户收到了署名【合众汽车】的短信，其中称“联想懂的将陆续停止对哪咤汽车的车联网流量服务”，要求用户携带哪咤汽车智能钥匙，并自行为车机购买流量。
对此，“联想懂的通信”微信公众号今日发布《关于合众车联网流量服务欠费触发停机的声明》，声明称，“合众汽车因经营问题，一直未能按时支付我司相关服务费用，我司经过长达数月的沟通、协商，仍未能就费用支付问题达成一致，给我司经营造成巨大的成本压力，也给广大车主的服务保障造成巨大的隐患。”
“联想懂的通信”表示：“遵照相关法律以及我司与合众的合同协议，本月起，所有涉及欠费车辆将陆续触发系统停机。同时，应广大车主的需求，懂的通信将推出‘哪咤车主流量保障计划’，全力保障哪咤车主后续的流量服务。即日起，您可通过【懂的车联】公众号/小程序进行流量服务订购。”
