9月12日，在2025 Inclusion·外滩大会“洞见2035：AI驱动的产业突围与智能演进”见解论坛上，上海交通大学安泰经济与管理学院、中银科技金融学院联合中国太平洋保险集团、欧莱雅中国、乐刻运动、兴业银行和蚂蚁集团等多家领军企业，共同发布业界首个企业应用AI成熟度模型（AI Adoption Maturity Model， AIM²）。
“AI的上半场拼的是模型的参数，下半场拼的是数据的质量。”AIM²课题组负责人、上海交通大学安泰经济与管理学院副院长、中银科技金融学院执行院长刘少轩教授指出。
该模型首次提出从“单点试验”到“AI原生”五大进阶等级（L1-L5），并围绕战略、组织、数据、技术、应用与商业六大维度，为企业提供系统化的AI落地评估框架与实施路径，助力企业精准定位现状、明确转型方向，实现从“+AI”向“AI+”的价值跃迁。
