消息面上，奇点国峰发布公告，于2025年9月7日，与香港绘流有限公司订立收购协议。公司将按每股代价股份4.89港元的发行价向卖方发行合共9406.95万股股份作为代价股份。目标公司香港绘流有限公司主要从事投资控股。业务涵盖数据分析及直播电商服务和外部卖家运营管理服务。
公告称，透过向目标公司股东(包括目标集团管理层)发行代价股份，确保该等关键人员直接参与经扩大集团的长期成功及整合。以股份结算结构旨在促进公司持续投入技术升级和业务整合，同时降低收购后该等关键技术人员“套现”离职的风险。此举可确保核心团队的稳定性及连续性，对集团的持续发展及竞争地位至关重要。
