9月12日金融一线消息，宜宾银行发布于2025年9月12日举行之2025年度第二次临时股东大会投票表决结果，有关委任章欣先生及黄崇颖女士为本行非执行董事的议案均已获股东批准，彼等任期自国家金融监督管理机构核准其任职资格之日起至第四届董事会任期届满之日止。
