SK海力士周四表示，已开始供应一项新的NAND解决方案，以满足具有设备上人工智能（AI）功能的最新智能手机的需求，
该公司表示，新产品ZUFS 4.1基于区域存储技术，提供了更高的操作系统速度和更高的数据管理效率，该技术根据使用和特性将数据存储在不同的区域。
该公司表示：“与传统的UFS通过覆盖现有数据来写入新数据不同，ZUFS 4.1按顺序写入数据。这种数据存储方法使人工智能应用程序的启动时间减少了47%。”
SK海力士表示，这样的性能使该产品在“需要设备上AI和大规模数据处理”的最新移动环境中成为“最佳解决方案”。
NAND闪存产品广泛应用于智能手机和笔记本电脑。与移动动态随机存取存储器（DRAM）不同，闪存即使在没有电源的情况下也能保留数据。
SK海力士人工智能基础设施开发负责人Kim Ju-seon表示：“将继续及时提供满足客户需求的NAND解决方案，同时加强与全球企业的合作，加强在人工智能存储器领域的竞争优势。”
