消息面上，思路迪医药股份近日公告，公司自主研发核药平台首个放射性核素偶联药物(RDC)177Lu-PSMA-3D1015注射液完成IIT研究首例患者给药。本研究旨在评估3D1015用于PSMA阳性转移性去势抵抗性前列腺癌(mCRPC)患者的安全性与初步疗效。
根据MEDraysintell的数据，全球核药市场规模预计将于2032年达到近390亿美元。公司表示，177Lu-PSMA-3D1015注射液有望成为具备“同类最佳”潜力的核药产品，最终为全球前列腺癌患者带来更安全、更有效的治疗新选择，推动中国核药研发水平向国际领先行列迈进。
