TransThera Sciences (HKG:2617) said there were no undisclosed matters that would warrant an unusual movement in its stock price, according to a Hong Kong filing Tuesday.
The company added that after carrying out relevant inquiries, there were no developments that needed to be disclosed to the market and that its business operations were continuing as usual.
Shares of the biopharmaceutical company gained over 54% in afternoon trade Tuesday.
