9月15日，美凯龙（601828/01528）发布公告，邱喆因个人职业规划原因，申请辞去公司第五届董事会董事会秘书、副总经理职务、并不再担任香港联席公司秘书及授权代表，辞任后将不在公司及公司控股子公司担任其他职务。
公司于2025年9月15日召开第五届董事会第四十四次临时会议，指定公司执行董事、副总经理、财务负责人杨映武代行董事会秘书职责，该代行至董事会聘任新的董事会秘书之日止；同意聘任杨映武担任联交所电子呈交系统（ESS）获授权人士。
公司于2025年9月15日召开董事会会议，同意李玉鹏担任公司授权代表职务，自2025年9月15日起生效。李玉鹏将与现任授权代表杨映武共同担任授权代表。
2025年中期，美凯龙实现收入33.37亿元，归母净利润-19.00亿元。
