GSR III Acquisition Says Terra Innovatum Signs Supply Deal With Conuar

GSR III Acquisition (GSRT) said Tuesday that Terra Innovatum has signed a memorandum of understanding with Argentina's Conuar to supply critical components for the production of Terra Innovatum's Solo micro-modular nuclear reactor.

Under the agreement, Terra Innovatum and Conuar will launch pilot programs to evaluate the scope and pricing for Conuar to supply the necessary components, according to a joint statement. The companies will also develop a manufacturing and assembly hub in South America.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Terra Innovatum signed a business combination agreement with GSR III Acquisition in April to become a publicly traded company.
