巴西化妆品企业 Natura 在周一提交的证券文件中表示，已就出售雅芳 CARD（Avon CARD）业务签署具有约束力的协议，同时该公司还在为雅芳国际（Avon International）业务持续探索各类战略备选方案。

　　该公司称，雅芳 CARD 业务的出售名义价格为 1 美元，交易完成时还将有一笔额外款项支付，这笔款项包括由危地马拉雅芳公司（Avon Guatemala）向 Natura 在墨西哥的全资子公司支付的 2200 万美元应收款项。
